Repointing Stone Walls

Repointing is the process of repairing the external part of mortar joints in stone walls.  Over time, weather and the environment cause mortar to become damaged.  Repointing is the removal of damaged mortar and then filling it in again with perfectly matched new mortar, resealing the joints. The process requires precision to match the color and style, making sure it blends perfectly with the original construction.
